Hi, I'm iNinjago, the creator of LEGO Dimensions: Multiverse and iNinjago: The Movie, which is one of the franchises featured in the game. In case you don't know, LEGO Dimensions: Multiverse is an upcoming add-on to LEGO Dimensions, a Lego-themed action-adventure video game for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Wii U, and Nintendo Switch. The game is toys-to-life, meaning that there are physical packs you can buy and use in the game. The original game has 30 franchises, and Multiverse will add many, many, more. With this, players will be able to expirience many new features, mash-ups, and adventures. Today, I am here to show some new features to the game. Please take a look.

Short Circuit

That's right! Short Circuit, the 1986 movie, will be joining Multiverse as a Fun Pack. The pack will come with Johnny 5, Stephanie's Snack Shack, as well as access to the Short Circuit Adventure World, Battle Arena, and more. Information about Johnny 5's abilities will be revealed in the future. Now, here's some info about something I revealed in the March iNinjago Direct...

The Legend of Zelda

In case you missed out on the last Direct, Zelda will be joining Multiverse as one of the many franchises in the game. There will be a Level Pack with Link, and a Fun Pack with Zelda (who could turn into Sheik). Now, Link and Zelda will be able to switch to various incarnations from the series. What are they and how to unlock them, time will tell. But now, it's time to go onto another part of the game.

Custom Character Creator

As a new part of Multiverse, there is now a custom character creator, much like the one in LEGO Marvel Superheroes 2. Unlike it, however, you must buy a custom pack to make one. There will be plenty of parts to start off with, but you will unlock more as you purchase new packs, explore new worlds, and play through levels. Even packs from the original game will give you parts. You can also give your character abilities, but will have to unlock them using characters with the ability they have. You can edit your character whenever you want, by placing them on the toy-pad. I will reveal more info about this in the future, but for now, let's move onto another franchise...
