Dreamkeeper was born with a fusion of three Elemental Souls trapped within his crystalline body. During his youth, he had difficulty controlling his latent power. He met Crystallon back when they were 8 years old. Their friendship has lasted 100,000,000 years, and the two helped each other improve their skills. As one of many Dreamkeepers, he works to deliver dreams to those sleeping soundly. Many nightmares fear him and his Bubble Staff. Just don't touch the bubbles; they trap anyone they touch.
During the Great Shattering, he lost his arm to General Moonphase, the leader of the Crescent Guard. Thanks to Miss Techna, he has a replacement mechanical arm.
In terms of personality, Dreamkeeper is commonly seen as "boring," but he's really just fed up with his job. As such, he can be very unhinged when angry. It is best to stay on his good side.
