Starecrows are non-playable characters in LEGO Dimensions 2: The Rise of Enoch.
Background
Starecrows are a grouping of dangerous humanoids who can slowly kill the player by looking into their eyes for two consecutive seconds. They seem harmless at first, but when the player looks into the eyes of the Starecrow, they become hypnotized. The Starecrow's hypnosis upon the player can be easily be broken.
