Rafael Darkstrom is one of the non-playable characters and one of the secondary antagonists in Lego Dimensions 2: The Rise of Enoch.
Background
Rafael Darkstrom is Andy Starheart's longtime high school bully and con artist. He never cares about everyone, only to himself. He once hacked Andy's laptop and stole his money. His hunger for power amuses him.
Grand Interdimensional War
Legotropolis' Most Wanted
He is one of the villains that joined Enoch's army. He hacked himself into the election and became president of Legotropolis. He accuses Andy for stealing money from the government, causing a fight. After Andy and his friends escape, Rafael contacts Karnia that they escaped.
Darkseid of the Force
Rafael visits Enoch's Castle and meets with Grand Emperor Enoch, telling him that Andy got the Foundation Element.
Foundation Shrine
In the Gold House, a riot broke out in Legotropolis and orders his guards to protect him and the house.
Return to Legotropolis
Andy confronts Rafael and traded jabs at each other before fighting in the office. Rafael was defeated and was sucked into a vortex to Tyranus.
Fate of the Multiverse
Rafael, desperate to get revenge on Andy, gets into his pod and loads his weapons. He shoots Andy in the leg, making him trip and nearly falling in the lava.
After the final battle, Rafael was taken to the Legotropolis Prison to serve 7 years in a cell.
