LEGO 1001 Spears Vega is an upcoming LEGO video game spun off from LEGO Dimensions dedicated entirely to 1001 Spears.

On the fifth brightest star in the sky, Vega, is inhabitable and host of parallel universes. And these universes have collided during a Nebula formed on the Morphmoonbeam.

Differences From LEGO Dimensions

  • Only 1001 Spears franchises get packs.
  • Dimensions characters and objects ARE in the game, and can be unlocked from the start, but have no abilities or levels.
    • However, the characters DO get their abilities if they are placed on the Toy Pad, besides exclusive abilities, which are removed in Vega.
  • There is no central story or story mode; instead, there is an open world of planets to explore.
  • Instead of Foundation Prime and Vorton, there is Andromeda and Vega.
  • Cutscenes are shown the first time a character is placed on the Toy Pad, as well as an objective.

  • It is the first LEGO game to adapt off of R rated movies, specifically Venture: Halloween.
  • LEGO Dimensions Characters and Gadgets come installed with no physical costs, however, they must be purchased with studs in game, and do not have any of their exclusive abilities.
  • It came out on September 14, 2017 in North America, the same day as Venture: Missions.
  • It is known as LEGO Thousands of Sword Vega in China, or 乐高千人一剑维加.
    • Additionally, it is called LEGO Thousand Born Vega in Latin or Mille lego et natus Vega.
