"I'll do my best to fulfill my father's dreams." -first line when entering the game.
Dan McBrick is one of the Blind Bag characters in Lego Dimensions 2: The Rise of Enoch, from the Legotropolis franchise. He is the son of legendary adventurer James McBrick and May Nooring.

Background

Born in the city of Legotropolis 30 years before the Grand Interdimensional War, Daniel Bill McBrick is the only child of James McBrick and May Nooring.

5 years into life, his father received a distress signal coming from Vorton. James asked May to keep an eye on his son while he is gone investigating the Interdimensional Criminal Asylum.

About 2 hours later, the white wizard Vaden came to their house to tell May about his fate. His mother then kept this a secret and mourned her husband's death.

By the time he was a teenager, he finally learned about James' death in the hands of Grand Emperor Enoch during a talk with his mother and his uncle warned him not to get blinded by vengeance. After the talk, he met Sally Lockwood and developed a crush on her, keeping it a secret from conversations with her.

Grand Interdimensional War

A few years passed, Enoch has again invaded the Multiverse. Dan McBrick attempted to hunt him down and bring him to justice, only for Dan to get cornered by Enoch's Dragon Riders and taken to the Legotropolis Prison.

When Andy and his friends returned to Legotropolis, he steals a thermal detonator and uses it to break out of his cell. He helps the heroes break into Rafael's office and defeat him. Dan joins the Iron Resistance and helps them on their way to Tyranus. During the final battle, he shot his father's killer into his chest but it didn't affect him and he was thrown near the river of lava. He was saved by Hugo and wished Andy luck in defeating Enoch.

After the end of the war, he went solo on his adventure and founded many artifacts along the way.
