Black Skeletons are one of the non-playable characters in LEGO Dimensions 2: The Rise of Enoch under the command of the Black Skeleton King and Grand Emperor Enoch.
Background
Undead creatures coming from a desolate, barren planet of Tyranus, Black Skeletons roam around the area to bathe in it's lava source and collecting valuables under the command of the Black Skeleton King.
Grand Interdimensional War
After Enoch built his castle in the center of Tyranus, their king announced their alliance with the Grand Emperor, helping him in his quest to achieve multiversal domination.
